No Patient or Caregiver Should Have to Navigate their Chronic Disease Journey Alone

OUR BELIEFS

Patients and their caregivers don’t have the luxury of being incapacitated, even temporarily, by emotional or physical illness. While psychotherapy is effective at treating emotional issues, it only works on a small scale (individual and small groups). Psychotherapy can not scale to meet the needs of thousands of families impacted by chronic illness. Somebody To Talk To is dedicated to helping provide emotional / caregiving / parenting / relationship skills education, training and supportive group discussions the entire rare disease community. One disease at a time.

Somebody To Talk To’s mission is to make accessible professional patient education and support free to every rare disease family by overcoming barriers such as cost, stigma, bias, and access to medical professionals.
